Site Rules
(1) THIS IS NOT A DATING OR ESCORT WEBSITE! Do not join SinCity Babydolls.com unless you are involved in the industry in some way. We are only accepting female models right now so do not sign up as a model if you are male. If you look like you do not belong, you will be deleted. If you are in the industry please sign up under the appropriate profession and if you sign up under 'Other" please put in your profile what you legitimately do in the industry.
(2) Do not post PERSONAL PRIVATE INFORMATION (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, passwords, personal identification numbers, images) of yourself on your profile or of anyone else anywhere on the site. You must respect everyone's privacy and posting any personal information like this is a big no no.
(3) No Unsolicited critiques anywhere on the site. If someone wants your or anyone else's opinion it will be asked for until then keep it to yourself.
(4) Observe all COPYRIGHT LAWS, TOS's and NDA's when posting copyrighted material. If the material belongs to someone else, credit the original author. Do not post messages that violate Federal, State, or Local laws which include, but are not limited to, anything that violates a copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or is bound by NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). You will not discuss, suggest, engage, or encourage any ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. Links provided to locations that deal with any such activity are also expressly forbidden.
(5) No Harassment, Threats or Personal Attacks will be tolerated. If somebody is harassing you, please let us know. We will take care of the situation. If you are getting emails or messages that are not related industry related and not why you are involved with this website please let us know as we try to catch all the people here that are just trying to meet girls we might miss some when they sign up. So if you let us know as soon as you get a message that makes it clear they are not here for business contact us and we will take care of them.
(7) You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. SInCity Babydolls.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. So place nice or we will have to step in and fix the problem the easiest way we can.

(6) No Spam. Everything needs to be industry related and that it.
(3) No noob bashing: We have all started somewhere and asked questions to get help and get started so help people out and don't be mean or if you can't do that then ignore those threads.
(4) No Hate Speech of any kind. We will delete your account if you start on a hate filled rant.
(5) No Sex talk. This is not a dating site or a place to pick up girls so just leave that stuff to the other million websites out there to find a date. This is for modeling industy topics only.
(6) No drama: Keep the drama out of these forums. If you get into it with someone, please at least keep it civil. Or else we will have to step in and solve it ourselves.

SinCity Babydolls.com does not own or claim to own any personal portfolio content or images uploaded by individual users for individual promotion and presentation.
(2) It is the responsibility of the user to abide by this agreement and site guidelines. SinCity Babydolls.com uses various third party payment systems; each user is responsible to review and abide by the rules of those systems.
(3) Disclaimer: The Service and the Sites contain information, facts and opinions from various individuals and organizations. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit, and you grant SinCity Babydolls.com and its affiliates the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose.
(8) SinCity Babydolls.com provides a message system for communication between members. While we provide this at no addtional cost to our users, the system is intended for sending specific communications regarding assignments and for communications supporting work between our members. For the safety and convenience of our members, we have instituted as set of rules and guidelines governing the use of this system. All members using the SinCity Babydolls.com email/ system should be familiar with these, and links to these rules and guidelines are provided on every outgoing email form. (9) SinCity Babydolls.com and its affiliates do not review or monitor any web sites linked to the Service or from personal portfolios on this site. When clicking links to personal pages from SinCity Babydolls.com all users of the system acknowledge that SinCity Babydolls.com is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links. You agree to not post URL's and other web links in any form, into your personal home page section, or the main portfolio page as links or text, that lead to ADULT SITES or Pay Sites. SinCity Babydolls.com reseves the right to remove from it's sites any references or portfolios containing Adult Sites or Pay Sites without notice. Additionally certain links to sites, as determined from time to time by SinCity Babydolls.com, or the use of links and web addresses, or the use of html formatting and scripting in certain portfolio types as determined by SinCity Babydolls.com, may not be permitted within the portfolio or as an acceptable use of the personal home page link or as portfolio content.
(10) SinCity Babydolls.com is an industry-specific networking site intended for models, photographers, MUA, etc. to network, communicate and offer assignment based projects. It should not be used for the purposes of employing "Travel Companions", "Personal Assistants", "Executive Assistants", or other full (or part) time companionship or "non-industry" assistant-based work, nor should it be used to attempt to contact models or any site member for employment in ancillary occupations such as bartenders, waitresses, or other skill-specialized industries where modeling or artist work in the entertainment industry is the not primary means of employment. Skill-based employment offers should be posted to those sites whose primary intent is the hiring of skill-based employment (e.g. Yahoo Jobs, Monster.com, etc).
Portfolios offering these types of assignments may be deleted without warning or refund.
(11) The Promotion and Recruitment of Escorts, Escort Services, Personal Companions, (etc.) are contrary to the purposes of SinCity Babydolls.com, and will not be tolerated in any fashion. Soliciting for, recruiting, or offering the services of escorts on this site is strictly prohibited. Portfolios that are used for the solicitation or promotion of escort services in ANY way will be immediately disabled with no refund. This includes (but is not limited to): Use of the referral system, hyperlinks to external sites promoting escorts, URLs (web addresses) promoting escorts and any other activity that the staff of SinCity Babydolls.com deems as solicitations, promotions, or offers.
(12) SinCity Babydolls.com does not support bandwidth theft, the linking of images from SinCity Babydolls.com to other sites, or the misuse of links from Other sites to SinCity Babydolls.com. Anyone found linking images from SinCity Babydolls.com to other sites, copying content from SinCity Babydolls.com, or inappropriately linking to SinCity Babydolls.com (to increase their views - through use of hidden frames, or using programs to artificially raise page views etc.) will result in permanent REMOVAL from SinCity Babydolls.com without notification and may necessitate the notification of the appropriate State and/or Federal authorities.
(13) You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, email address) on a bulletin board or in a chat room, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties, and shall therefore be the sole responsibility and liability of the poster.
(14) As a member of SinCity Babydolls.com, you will receive email from SinCity Babydolls.com, including regular email updates, and you may also be contacted by other members seeking to contact or work with you. As new features or member programs and promotions are developed and launched, you will be informed via the postings to the site and also by email.
(15) SinCity Babydolls.com is not intended for users under the age of 18. If you are 17 years or younger do not submit a portfolio or any personal information.
(16) SinCity Babydolls.com reserves the right to change and modify these usage rules as appropriate and without notice.
(17) Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause your membership to be terminated and your profile to be removed from SinCity Babydolls.com without any notice whatsoever and without refund of any/all monies paid.
(18) No Third Party Model Portfolios: "Managed portfolios" are accounts in which a model portfolio is controlled by a third-party (someone who is not the model). Managed portfolios are not permitted on SinCity Babydolls.com
